Shopping Center ALEJA in Ljubljana, SL
With its compelling and meticulously realized concept, the newly-opened ALEJA shopping center in the Slovenian capital of Ljubljana, which was designed by ATP architects engineers (Innsbruck), offers the perfect platform for international and local labels in around 80 shops with a total of 32,000 m2 of lettable space. With its rooftop leisure, sport, and relaxation areas and its stylish food court, the technically and architecturally innovative building responds to the competition from online retailers while also giving space back to the surrounding urban district.
Highest ÖGNB and klimaaktiv scores for the Technology Center Seestadt
Prizes are raining down on tz2: This year, Austria’s most sustainable buildings have once again been honored for their exceptional performance in the areas of ecology and energy efficiency as part of the Vienna Congress for Sustainable Building (BauZ!) and the “klimaaktiv construction and refurbishment” program. Thanks to its very high scores, Phase 2 of Technology Center Seestadt even claimed a “double gold.”
The ATP-designed Markas HQ is the first building in Italy to be awarded the prestigious WELL Gold certification.
A feel-good place: It is not only Markas that uses these words to describe its headquarters, which were integrally designed by ATP Innsbruck. The WELL Gold certification – the first to be awarded in Italy – is proof of the enormous feel-good quality of the office building.
ATP wins the German Design Award 2020
The “winner” in the category “Excellent Architecture – Interior Architecture”: ATP architects engineers (Innsbruck) is one of the recipients of the well-known German Design Awards 2020 thanks to the integrally designed HOFER ALPHA Retail Network innovation center. Special praise was heaped upon this creative and sustainable transformation of an industrial hall into a modern working environment.
