13 Buildings certified by ATP sustain receive awards for sustainable building
During the Expo Real 2021 real estate fair in Munich, which took place from 11th to 13th October, 13 buildings that were accompanied by ATP sustain on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management GmbH were awarded DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) certification – nine in gold. The buildings were certified according to the latest version of DGNB for buildings in operation (GIB20).
ATP Innsbruck wins 1st prize in competition
The modernization of the old “Südtiroler Siedlung” in the district of Pradler Saggen is currently one of the largest residential construction projects in Innsbruck. By the end of 2026, around 550 new apartments are to be built on the site by the river Sill. Neue Heimat Tirol – Gemeinnützige WohnungsGmbH organized an invited, single-stage realization competition for the 4th and last phase of the residential development.
The office building for the timber company Theurl convinced the jury as a “flagship project for contemporary timber architecture”.
The headquarters of the timber company Theurl, which were integrally designed by ATP architects engineers, have won this year’s Carinthian Timber Construction Prize.
ALEJA wins the Global RLI Award
ALEJA District Center in Ljubljana, which was integrally designed with BIM by ATP for SES Spar European Shopping Centers, wins the Global RLI Award in the category “International Shopping Center – New Build”. In the final round, it was victorious against Shopping Center Maximo (Rome/Italy), BEO Shopping Center (Belgrade/Serbia), and InCity Mall (Ningbo Haishu/China).
ATP wins the ICONIC AWARD for innovative architecture for the shopping center ALEJA.
ATP architects engineers has won an ICONIC AWARD for innovative architecture for the fifth time. This year, the prestigious prize has gone to the ALEJA Shopping Center in Ljubljana. “We are particularly delighted to have won this prize. Because it shows that experience-oriented retail architecture and highly-efficient, sustainable building methods complement each other perfectly,” says ATP Lead Project Manager Philipp Pfister.
