A World of Experience with the Skin of a Dragon

Shopping Center ALEJA in Ljubljana, SL

With its compelling and meticulously realized concept, the newly-opened ALEJA shopping center in the Slovenian capital of Ljubljana, which was designed by ATP architects engineers (Innsbruck), offers the perfect platform for international and local labels in around 80 shops with a total of 32,000 m2 of lettable space. With its rooftop leisure, sport, and relaxation areas and its stylish food court, the technically and architecturally innovative building responds to the competition from online retailers while also giving space back to the surrounding urban district.

Airport Makeover in Linz

ATP Vienna is awarded a framework contract for the phased remodeling of Linz Airport

Linz Airport is getting a new look: As part of a negotiation procedure carried out in 2019, ATP Vienna – together with amd.sigma Airport Management + Development – was commissioned with the phased remodeling and modernization of Linz Airport, which should take place without affecting normal operations. The basis for the makeover of the airport that was built in 1955 is a framework contract (“General planer and site supervision services for the building project at Linz Airport”) scheduled to last eight years. The first part – the updating of the food court and the new freight building – is now “ready for take-off.”
